If you have a stain on your uggboot or slipper, please use some white chalk over the stain. Leave it on for a while then remove the access chalk and rub gently with your hand. Repeat this a few times until the stain has disappeared. For extremely tough stains gently rub the stain with light sandpaper but beware that this may take the colour away.
You can clean the boots with soap and warm water and then leave to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Do not dry clean the boots or throw them in the washing machine. They will look pretty bad if you do!
